Cancellation & Refund Policies
Our Cancellation and Refund policies include many different factors, including airlines, flight timings, customer interest, and many others. The cancellation and refund policies are created to safeguard the interests and money of customers.
Cancellation Policies
- We generally do not promote or provide any refundable tickets; however, it is entirely dependent on the policies of the respective airlines. We suggest you check out the third-party cancellation and refund policies. If the policy of the airline is not supporting any sort of free cancellation or refund, it is not us who should be held responsible.
- In case cancellation is allowed, then you must make the cancellation within 24 hours of booking. If the Customer has booked the flight with the help of any credit line, then you are required to pay the penalty or different amounts.
- You should know that we are not at all associated with any third parties. And so, we are not liable for any cancellation or refund policies; it is entirely the discretion of third parties. Supposedly you do have any sort of doubts; you can seek quick help or assistance from our team on call.
Refund Policies
In case of a ‘no show,’ there would be no refund. In case the clients do not board the flight or show up at the hotel, then there wouldn’t be any refund. If the policy allows, then you can seek a refund only if you have cancelled and claimed refunds within 24 hours of booking. You must know that the service fee is totally non-refundable even if the airline allows the cancellation or refund of the complete amount. And in general, the refund time of the money is approximately 90 days.
